customer service is the worst.. I have never experienced anything like this.. its always " all circuits are busy" or wait 3 to 4 hours on the phone for a rep to pick up. Get with the program!!!
i have purchase a sofa on 6/2 and have missing accessories, its been 3weeks and can not get anyone to resolve this!!!
