I am so disappointed in the delivery of a birthday gift that I have ordered for delivery on 8/8/18. We are now 2 weeks later an I still do not have my delivery. Multiple long hold time phone calls with absolutely no help. Currently on hold again (for 20 minutes already) so I can cancel my order.
NEVER AGAIN Sad part is that they really don’t care.
