horrible.....my son is waiting for a refund for over 3 months and when u call u cant get through to the customer service. They delivered 10 out 11 boxes of a bed so we wasted money on task rabbit which ikea never reimbursed us for and we called 3 times and each time they said he would get the 400 dollar refund and he hasn't.
i dont know how they stay in business. this is unaccepatable and the better business burea and consumer protection should step in.
He still hasnt gotten a refund. They take advantage of students.
