Today was supposed to be my delivery date for $1000 worth of items. No show, called delivery company (XPOLogistics) and they were totally unapologetic. "Maybe Sunday, maybe not."
How they expect people to just take day after day off work, stay home, and wait for a delivery that may or may not show up is beyond me. I will never again order anything from Ikea, nor do I recommend their chosen shipping company. A failure all around.
