PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM IKEA Ordered a bed for my elderly mother, they delivery guy called that they are downstairs, if we have paid to be delivered on the door what is the point of calling however we went downstairs but there was no one. 4 people went at 4 side on the building but there was no one. Called customer service that my mother had an operation and if the can arrange for delivery for tomorrow. The next delivery date we have is next month. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
