if I could give them negative stars I would - never, never, never again will I even consider IKEA - European Socialists culture operating in a Capitalist free competitive market - worst customer service I've ever experienced - I don't believe their management has not 'seen the ball since kick-off'......They can only survive in liberal urban environments where socialists congregate!
