They did not come to collect my old sofa thst day and they did not call me or any messages either an email. When i called ikea they offer me 30 pound gift card but i have to pay 150 pound to my tenant because they could not work for two days cause they had to wait at home for collection. Im gonna take an action about this situation. The worst untrustable company. This is my last shopping from IKEA
