I actually give ZERO stars. I have had nothing but frustration and the online chat is virtually helpless. I have two open order for delivery from IKEA. The first was to arrive today....and was sent back because they "could not find me" and I'm sure the other one will be just as bad. Not to mention...ordering the furniture was an absolute nightmare. Anyway....save the frustration and don't order from them. Worst ever!
