Hi Team, I placed and order on 19th February, 2022 and from (GoGroopie) and by standard, the item should have gotten to me by now, but for some reasons, I have not received the powerbank I ordered. I don't know why the delay and how come no one is communicating with me. I am yet to receive my order that was promised that I will receive in 1-3 working days, and it been months now. Please can someone explain to me why no one is communicating with me? Not a word from the vendor (impressgadgets.co.uk) whom I even paid an extra delivery fee to them What's going on?
