Want to keep this brief, which is quite difficult, as i am still very frustrated and annoyed from the experience of dealing with Neil. Paid for a pull up bar in late August, promised various installation dates but never turned up and when I chased up always gave a poor excuse. Eventually into October agreed to a refund. Which never happened, excuse after excuse. I eventually contacted my bank who got my refund back. On a positive note I found a local installer raw metal works who did a fantastic job. Anybody in the North of England should look no further. See pictures attached. Really good guy very professional and even cheaper than what I originally paid !!
