They are really rude and irresponsible people.. I talked to one representative she was not ready to accept her mistake. It happened yesterday. Sge asked me yo pay 100 dollars penalty for my ticket. As per the new rule, we are not supposed to pay any additional fees. Also they sent me someone else itinerary to me😂😂😂😂.. Really bad experience.
