“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Support During a Family Travel Emergency We had a genuine emergency — our elderly parent, along with kids and an infant, needed urgent last-minute travel to the US after our original Air India flight got cancelled. With the family already waiting at the airport, every minute mattered. Rithik was incredibly responsive and patient throughout, quickly finding alternate options (Qatar Airways) with the right baggage allowance, confirming pricing clearly, and staying connected with us step by step until the new tickets were issued. He handled multiple passengers, name corrections, and urgent timing pressure calmly and professionally. Raju also helped coordinate with Air India on our cancellation and refund process in parallel, which took real pressure off us during a stressful moment. Given we had elderly travelers, young kids, and an infant in the mix, having a team that stayed responsive and got us rebooked quickly meant a lot.
