“Arush was very helpful after the airline slightly changed our itinerary... The layover times increased to 11 hours chat with two young kids Arush was able to find us alternative flight with much less they over time. Thank you very much”

“Ms. Hima, the customer service representative at Indian Eagle was very patient to listen to my needs and provided various options as per my request. She also called back twice since I needed some time to coordinate with my family in India as its a family emergency and provide Hima the final go ahead. I was happy and satisfied with Ms. Hima's communication which was clear, her patience and finally making the bookings. Thank you very much Hima!”
