I was promised profit by many brokers but it was all lies and deceit. I had lost money trading on a few platforms which I later got to know that they were all scam. I have to hire a recovery team ( linda__carol__9431 (@) gmail__.__com ) to help me figure out the problem. They were understanding and patient, and took their time to make me understand how it all really works. My money which was $361000 in total was reclaimed and returned back to me including profits. Very frustrated with these guys' service. They overcharge and you have to run after them for refund. I had a trip booked from DAL to BOM and still running for almost a week now for refund of an overcharge.

I have been booking tickets through Indian eagle for past 2 years. It is all great service if we are just booking tickets. But yesterday was the first time I had to cancel the tickets. Their conversation was extremely misleading. They told me that cancellation charges are $700 per customer and that you will get a refund of $1357 specifically asked them like a million times will I get $1357 net in hand. I cancelled my ticket and then Then I got an email saying the cancellation charges are 305 per customer and that I will get refund of $1357. At no point this was mentioned that this is additional charge. I asked them to go ahead with cancellation. And now they are not releasing funds saying I have to pay additional $305 per passenger and total charge is $915. This means net I will receive only around $400. This $305 is Indian eagle charge and not airline charge which they conveniently didn't tell me. And now they don't respond to emails or don't give a call back. This is the last time I will be booking with them and will actively discourage anyone to book with them.

DON'T BOOK VIA INDIAN EAGLE BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINE. INDIAN EAGLE WILL TRICK YOU. THEIR FARE IS CHEAPER BY $15-20 BUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR CANCELATION, CHANGE DATE OR REFUND. They charge additional $125 on top of $280 cancelation fees charged by Air India. For change dates of travel, they will force you to buy a ticket which cost you almost double then Arlines's fare for the same dates. Once again, don't buy ticket from Indian Eagle to save $15-$20. I strongly recommend to buy ticket directly from an Airline.

On my birthday, I got a $15 coupon in my email with March 17, 2023 expiry. I had to book a flight. I found a ticket on the Indian Eagle (IE) website for $408.10. When trying to book that ticket using the coupon, the website gave an error saying that the coupon validity had expired, which means IE issued a faulty coupon. I called customer care to report this issue and seek help. I told them that this is a time-sensitive issue and that ticket prices will rise soon. The agent talking to me told me that their team is looking into this and will respond in 15-20 minutes with a resolution. I didn't receive a call back for 2 hours. I called them again. I spoke with a new agent who told me the exact same thing. As of then, the ticket was still available for $408.10 on their website. I did not receive any callback for 6 hours. I called them again and asked to speak with a manager. By now, the ticket price had gone up to $416.10 on IE, so I tried booking it online. The supervisor denied proper help and said that I need to pay $442.10 for that ticket, which was available on IE for $416.10. I kept asking why I should pay more when it is available for a lower price on IE but he didn't budge. After multiple calls, I tried working with him towards a resolution but he forced me to pay via Zelle instead of accepting payment via their online payment gateway. Again, I had to make several calls to them to try and reach a resolution. Next, they demanded an email from me that I would not request a chargeback, even though I have booked with IE before and have no history of chargebacks. As of now, I have 2 pending bookings with IE (along with my credit card info) that they are neither willing to confirm nor cancel. I and IE have evidence of all these claims as screenshots and call recordings. I would like for some authority to review these demands from IE and determine if they are legal and ethical because it looks like a business trying to coerce a specific behavior from a customer.

Big lesson learning in a hard way, these third party companies are good as long as you don't change your plan but the minute you need to modify your travel plan you stuck with their scammy policies. I bought an Air India ticket from EWR to DEL then I needed to changes dates, Airline does't impose any penalty so essentially I just need to pay the fare difference. fare difference from airline was approx ~140 (for 2 people) and they told me because I bought it from 3rd party they can't edit my ticket and I have to do it with Indian Eagle. Indian eagle tripled their price and I have to pay more than $420, I had no other option but to pay them because I was stuck. I learned very hard lesson and going forward will always book directly from airline there is absolutely no benefit using these 3rd party agents.

I would give zero star. They are cheating people. I booked a ticket by selecting affirm option and they confirmed the ticket. I think they got better deal with the ticket and they said your card is declined. And the agent talking in the chat dont even know what happened and he is just saying check with your bank. Please dont book with Indian eagle website

Scammers, stealing money from the bank vs what you buy, and when you call no one give you correct answer and blaming others, and try to charge you more if you ask for cancellation or refund

Sharing my recent experience booking a flight to India via IndianEagle. We booked our tickets in May 2022 for travel at the end of Sept 2022 for a family of 4 traveling on AirIndia from EWR to HYD via Delhi. We bought tickets way in advance and were excited to buy the tickets at a reasonable price. Little did we know that we will be paying double of what we paid a few hours before our flight with a long layover. It all started with a call from IndianEagle the night before our flight when they told us that the AirIndia flight we were traveling on was delayed by 9hrs and we had a choice to get a full refund and book another flight. We were traveling for my father's 1 year Death Anniversary ceremony and had to be in India by a certain date. We were going to miss the ceremony if we took the delayed flight, so explained the situation to IndianEagle and chose to take the refund and asked for them to find another flight for the same day so we wouldn't miss the ceremony. IndianEagle found us a flight through Qatar Airways traveling from PHL to HYD via Doha which would take us at a decent time on the day of the Ceremony. We thought all went fine, though we paid extra was happy that we would not miss the ceremony. What came as a complete surprise was a few hours before the Qatarairways flight, we received a call again from IndianEagle that the Qatarairways flight was canceled. We were astonished and in a desperate situation since we had to leave that day otherwise will not be able to make it to the ceremony at all. Frantically with only a few hours left for us, we asked them to find alternate flights that will still let us fly the same day. They found us an itinerary on Qatarairways that was similar to the previously canceled itinerary but with an 8 hours layover in Doha and it was double the price of what we originally booked for. Being in a desperate situation, we went ahead and booked the flight. Upon further inquiry, found that there may have been some issue with the connecting flight from Doha to HYD so they canceled the entire itinerary. We had no choice but to rebook by shelling out double the money as it was important for us to be with family for the occasion. When we got to the airport we found that none of the Qatarairways flights were canceled and the connection flight was on time as well. We feel cheated by IndianEagle, we were taken advantage of our situation so they could make money out of us. We were at the gate in Doha watching the connection flight leave which we were originally scheduled to be on and there we were waiting for another 8 hrs to get to our final destination. Not only did we pay double the price but also missed half of the ceremony because of IndianEagle. When passengers cancel tickets IndianEagle charges a penalty. When airlines move or cancel how come they don't compensate the passengers? In this case, even with no cancellation from the airlines, we had to suffer. Would like an explanation of the situation. Fortunately, I'm in a situation where I can pay more money but think about families that cannot afford and have to deal with such situations. We feel IndianEagle has targeted us knowing our situation.

Hello, I am not recommend to book ticket through Indian eagle. Please please do not book any ticket with Indian eagle. it is very hard to get refund from that. Every person is telling different percentage for refund amount.They are keep telling to me you will get refund in 5 weeks from calling date then still I am awaiting for that. Please don't book the ticket through any agent. Always books the ticket in direct airline website and will get refund immediately.

Hello all passenger, I am not recommend to book ticket through Indian eagle. Please please do not book any ticket with Indian eagle. it is very hard to get refund from that. Vaibhav, noor and Ramakrishna are lier.They are keep telling to me you will get refund in 10 days then still I am awaiting for that.

Date: 2 August 2022. DO NOT USE IndianEagle. I used IndianEagle to book a (Air India) ticket to India and wanted to modify my travel dates. This is when my nightmares started. IndiaEagle takes more than 24 hours to just give you a quote, and if you don’t like the quote, again the clock resets to another another long waiting period (typically more than 10 hours). It took me three days and at least 10 calls to modify my ticket. With each phone call, my experience with the customer service has been different. Sometimes the staff were sympathetic (but couldn’t help, citing issues like staff shortage) and other times the staff were outright dismissive. Anyways, IndianEagle has bad customer support and a very weird and lengthy wait time to manage bookings. Beware of this company! You may be better off booking with the original airlines directly, even if it costs a few dollars more.

I gave 5 * good review after booking ticket. BUT when i saw my credit card details you know what, they over charged me $237. insane How you can charge your customer credit card with different amount without his consent . Filling a fraud case with my back. Will be canceling my tickets even if it cost me STAY AWAY form this company OR. DOUBLE check your credit card transaction and see if they charged you more . DO NOT TRUST WHAT REPRESENTATIVE SAYS TO YOU

STAY AWAY - REPEATED FRADULENT AND MISLEADING BEHAVIORS BY AGENTS AT INDIAN EAGLE The agents Sandesh, Rahul, etc. at Indian Eagle are big fraudsters. The floor manager, Ramakrishna is a liar and even worse. The company is run by crooks. After finally heckling for the fare they collect the money and issue the E-Ticket. Several hours later when I check the airlines website I find out that they have issued me a CHILD ticket. When I contact the airlines they tell me Indian Eagle booked the wrong ticket as a CHILD to get a lower fare. Numerous emails sent to Indian Eagle but no response. After calling again and being on endless hold I am told that they will need to cancel and rebook the ticket and now I have to pay a higher fare. SHAMELESSLY THEY INDICATE THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT MY FAULT I NEED TO PAY THE HIGHER FARE THE NEXT DAY. IF I WOULD NOT HAVE CHECKED WITH THE AIRLINES I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEATED.

Never book through them. Its a trap! they don't cooperate to change/modify tickets. very disappointed with the service. I had to cancel the ticket and pay $$$ to cancel.
