“They will not explain you T&C. They hide information and ultimately if you change/Cancel itinerary it will cost your money. In my case because I have booked tickets from Indian eagle now $600 ticket is finally costing to $1000. But I don't have choice. Customer care person told if you want to travel then you have to pay. Also, Avoid Indian eagle if your travel dates are not fixed. They charge extra $240 per person. Better book you tickets directly from Airline website.”

“Worst people. They loot the money from people with reschedules. Very unethical. It seems the fares are little cheaper than airlines. But if you rebook or change, they charge hefty amount of money claiming airlines is charging. But all that money stays with Indian eagle. They are lairs, very cheap and unethical people.”

“Terribly unpleasant experience. First they portray that they are giving ticket for very less price and if for some reason you end up for rescheduling you are killed. They give unrealistic reschedule fares and then ask to cancel if not required with a lot of high cancellation fees. The worst is, keep a tab on your credit card, they even make fraudulent charges like after an year. I have raised complaints to all sort of agencies and got back my $1010 back which was charged! Fraud company”

“Do not buy from these people, go directly to Airlines. They lie and keep your refund. I spoke to Mansoor, Rajkumar, Arni, Aziz. All are liars. My father has since passed and bo refund since March 21. I did a 3 way call with LH and again LH stated bo refund was processed. These people asking to wait. Bunch if crooks. Don’t Book!!!!”

“They are really rude and irresponsible people.. I talked to one representative she was not ready to accept her mistake. It happened yesterday. Sge asked me yo pay 100 dollars penalty for my ticket. As per the new rule, we are not supposed to pay any additional fees. Also they sent me someone else itinerary to me😂😂😂😂.. Really bad experience.”

“I was told by Indian eagle agent that refund would take around 8 months to 1 year. During COVID times when everyone struggling with finance Indian eagle is doing this is bad sign. I will never recommend it to anyone worst airlines agent”

“Please beware Please beware , they will make fool out of every customer .we had our ticked on May 06 2021 and airIndia confirmed it’s eligible for full refund and these guys eat away all your money and different representatives talk it differently horrible experience with lots and lots of mental torchure.I was cheated badly.”

“I want give negative stars if possible. One of the worst travel agents ever. They operate based on review online and they don’t have official information. My fiance have a flight tomorrow and because of the agent who misguided her she might loose her flight and around $2000 are wasted because of Indian eagle. No managers are responding and illiterate agents don’t know how to handle this. Please beware of the scammers. I would suggest everyone to go in and book flight through the respective sites rather than Indian eagle.”

“First of all, this is a money eating agency, where they like to rip off until your last penny. I am not a person who writes reviews, but i will tell you, this agency has given a worst day for us on top of being exposed to covid positive family member. Do not go by their advertisement of free date change and free cancellation. It is just a fishing technique. Let me explain my current situation. Me and my 2 year old son are supposed to travel today. On the way to our airport, we got a call from my cousin that she tested positive and just got her results from the test she took 2 days ago. We spent a week with her prior to our travel, but I tested negative. Since my 2 year old cant get tested and could be a potential carrier, we decided to be socially responsible and not to put other passengers at risk, we headed back home. I called Indian eagle to make the date change as they said its free. Now their drama starts agent 1: saying they cannot do it because its before the travel (I can just travel and put every one to risk, but I decided not to), I explained the same thing, but they decided not to be empathetic and tried to rip us off agent 2: They do not have control over the ticket, but the agent said airline can make the change free of cost, but airline says agency did not give them control in the back end even though they said airline can do it (playing good cop bad cop) agent 3: We can make the change free of charge but the fare difference is $300, but I do not see the fare difference in-fact its actually $200 less than what i paid originally. So agent says it is not compared to what they have currently on their website. It is a private and highly secure portal they can only access and they see the ticket is $300 more. And even on the airline website, the ticket is cheaper agent 4: the change can be done with $400 because, the ticket we purchased is economy but now there are no economy tickets available, they force us into premium economy ticket. But lets fact check- on their Indian eagle website we can see the economy tickets for the dates we are asking for - their answer - as-usual they find these rates and availability on a mysterious website only they can access Other agents from whom my brother got a ticket who is also traveling with us gave full control to the airline and they made changes using the airline website in just one minute free of cost. Airline is ready to make a free change for us if Indian eagle would give them control but these people who want to eat our money will not do it, and talk about some worthless rules...HAVE SOME EMPATHY Indian eagle, the world is suffering!! For any ticket changes, you call them ask for a date change it takes 3-4 hours for them to get back with a new fare difference and by then the ticket you were looking would be sold or the rates may go up. I had 4 different dates to be looked at one by one for family reasons, they took 4 hours for each query. DO NOT BUY HERE - they will find a way to rip you off with their rules and regulations which seem ok before purchasing the ticket, but once you need any change, they change their policies to make advantage of your situation you are in. The world is uncertain right now, ONLY BOOK WITH AIRLINE where it offers free changes.”

“"Money looters" is the word perfectly describes Indian Eagle. For flight tickets booked on Nov 7 2019 11:53 AM, I have been additionally/incorrectly charged due to technical glitch in their system. See the attached image.I'm supposed to receive refund within 3-4 days, but it's been close to 3 months and I'm still yet to receive the refund. I called/emailed several times, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Tremendous stress, and waste of time. ”
