“Very frustrated with these guys' service. They overcharge and you have to run after them for refund. I had a trip booked from DAL to BOM and still running for almost a week now for refund of an overcharge.”

“Puja worked with flight details and she was patient and tireless to resolve my trave; outcome and itinery she was working with me for about 11/2 hrs. she was steadfast in helping me get the outcome. she made it happen for me- she new exactly how to overcome . with her tanacity she made it happen for my trip indian eagle did not help me it was Puja she deserves all acolades and monetary rewards she is entitled to. really believe that without Puja I would not have resolved to achieve my resolution”
