Booked/rebooked Air India tickets with Indian Eagle and part of it talked to agents - Anil, Chandu, and Sheik and everyone of them were helpful. Chandu in particular was very helpful as I tried to upgrade my ticket and he helped me cancel existing ticket and book a new one. I am hoping the issues others had with refunds were fixed as I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. Other than that, the service was great.
