Easy to navigate website, quick onsite support via chat with an actual person (Rohit in this case). I just booked an internal ticket from USA-India - and it was a pretty smooth and fast experience.
A couple of things that could be fixed - the site did not let me enter my preferred airline rewards program name - it gave a default choice for the airline I picked, without the option to change. Rohit was also unaware of how I could get the correct airline selected and preferred number added.
