I have made reservations with you guys in the past and it was always good service. So is no surprise I made my todays travel reservation with Indian eagle again. Unfortunately air India did not let me board because my OCI and passports did not match. We called Indian eagle to check for alternate flights. I must acknowledge how courteous, helpful and friendly your response was in finding me an other flight. My shoutout to Mani, Rohit and Shoaib for their exceptional service. They were very understanding of the situation and called Promptly whenever the calls dropped. Best service. Thanks to these guys.
