I worked with the agent Mayur twice in a row this year and I found him very courteous and helpful. He is very polite, addresses all the concerns and issues and diligently follows up. He not only answered all the questions I had but went above and beyond by arranging a call with Air India and getting an outstanding issue resolved, which I was having a tough time with. Kudos to Mayur and his excellent customer service skills.
