Puja started off with a pleasing greeting and asked for what my requirements are. Once understood, she did her search and got me a decent rate, after explaining the pros and cons of other cheap airlines. She picked Air India, which aligned with my requirements, though it was a bit pricier than what I thought. It offsets with my 2nd checked baggage, while other cheap ticketed airlines were offering only one checked bag. Thank you Puja, for your patience and expertise in getting a good ticket.
