I called to find out about rescheduling my trip. I was transferred to the appropriate department and spoke with Rita who had all the information that I had provided the previous agent. She understood my concern and provided me with options to reschedule. Rita stayed on the call through the cancelation and rebooking process. I have used IndianEagle in the past and have never had bad customer experience.
