Planning this trip was a very frustrating experience. Agent was hard to reach, poor response time. Had to escalate several times to get answers. Hotels changed or not finalized until couple of weeks of departure. Hotel was not central, out of town on highway. We would have been better off booking ourselves and saved ourselves a lot of money.
