The representatives on the ground for Indus are the best. Yes, they are knowledgeable and patient but I discovered on our last trip they care for their customers. On day 10 of our 12 day trip, I became very sick and had to go to the ER in Zurich, Switzerland. Our guide assisted my wife in calling an ambulance, she kept in touch with my wife during my stay and she arranged assistance at the airport so I could get a flight home to receive medical care. Once I was home and in the hospital, our guide one again reached out to see how I was doing.
