«I wouldn't give a single star for a spoiled gift and mood... On September 15 at 11 am a bouquet was delivered - roses, chrysanthemums, gerberas and gypsophila. The next day, when changing the water, I saw that the gypsophila was all crumbling, and the stems of the gerberas were wrapped in tape and they were already soft and yellow. This is for gerberas, which with proper care last 1-2 weeks... I wrote to the seller's representative and sent photos. In such services, it is customary to replace the bouquet when the customer complains, which is what I suggested, not wanting to develop the conflict further. I only received an apology and a 5% discount on future orders.
