“I chose this company because of Sunday delivery. On the 6th of July my daughter-in-law had her birthday, in South Africa. She was waiting for the bouquet and presents the whole day long. Operators said everything would be delivered but couldn’t write the exact time. Nothing was delivered. The whole day I was told lies and then ignored. The next day the company wanted to make a delivery near 4 pm. We didn’t accept such a late a delivery without excuses and etc. The money was returned in 12 days. “Deeply disappointing delivery. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who lost her young partner to cancer. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the online photo. Just stems thrown in a cheap vase with no greenery or arrangement. I paid 110 euro. I complained and they said they will issue a token 20 euro refund which does not compensate for such an offensive delivery. Have NEVER had this happen with another floral business. “«I wouldn't give a single star for a spoiled gift and mood... On September 15 at 11 am a bouquet was delivered - roses, chrysanthemums, gerberas and gypsophila. The next day, when changing the water, I saw that the gypsophila was all crumbling, and the stems of the gerberas were wrapped in tape and they were already soft and yellow. This is for gerberas, which with proper care last 1-2 weeks... I wrote to the seller's representative and sent photos. In such services, it is customary to replace the bouquet when the customer complains, which is what I suggested, not wanting to develop the conflict further. I only received an apology and a 5% discount on future orders.”

“I ordered some flowers for my friend's 80th birthday in New Zealand. I placed the order on 10th May for a bouquet of mixed seasonal flowers to be delivered on 24 May in good time for Monday, 27 May. I subsequently received an email to the effect that there was a logistical problem and they would be delivered on 27th May 2024. I was concerned that my friend would not be in as she was having a celebratory lunch with friends. Fortunately I had an email from her saying the flowers had been delivered and she was very pleased with them - they were golden roses and lilies. I asked for a photo the colours which were not the same as the website. However my friend was very pleased so all's well that ends well.”

I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother at Mother’s Day and at the end of the day they say in a very rude email flowers will not be deliver due to logistic issue. When I tried to ask what issue and to speak to the manager they sent me very poor emails not even apologizing or offering compensation. … they said they would send the flowers the next day … I am convinced now they are a scam after reading the other reviews … there is some contact details in USA and Sharjah in UAE … it is worth to investigate further and report to the authorities … I know now I won’t see a cent back … but the fact that they lied saying in a confirmation email flowers would be deliver on time and their lack of profesionalism and customer centre follow up is the biggest ofence here .

During Chinese New Year, my partner went back to Wuhan to visit her mother, leaving Hong Kong. As she was away on February 14, I decided to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers using internetflorist.biz. Wanting to avoid the traditional choice of roses, I opted for eighteen carnations with baby's breath, leafy greens, a silk bow, and a message card, which was advertised as a 'Deluxe' set. I made the purchase two weeks in advance for $70 US.
However, the delivery did not meet our expectations. The flowers that arrived were just carnations with no baby's breath, leafy greens, bow, or card. Furthermore, three of the carnations were broken, and six were already darkening around the edges. My partner was disappointed, especially when she discovered that the bouquet she received could be obtained for roughly 25 HKD, approximately $3 US, from a local market. It was evident that I had been deceived.
I promptly reached out to the company and was informed that they would conduct an investigation. However, it took almost four days, and instead of providing a refund, they simply apologized and offered to send the message I had requested on the card to my partner by text. Their explanation was that the images they use are only a representation, not an exact reflection of the delivered product.
The unapologetic manner in which the company handled this situation is unacceptable. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against using their services under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs, as their lack of care and the quality of their products are beyond disappointing.”
