Two missing orders, one didn’t ever turn up and the attitude of customer service was disgusting, I had to fight for weeks for a refund. The second order is missing, has been sent to the USA from the UK instead of the country I live in by mistake and there is no way I can’t re route it. they are refusing to give me a refund and either ignore my emails or say “they are sure it will turn up”. Happy to take my £121 but not happy to provide a decent service. DO NOT USE, don’t be fooled by the celebrity endorsements.
