Returned poor quality item. £2.50is deducted from refund. Sent item back 19 days later still waiting on refund. They received it 4 days later but takes 14 working days to allow refund team to process. Refund Team are obviously very busy processing a load of refunds to take that time! Wouldn't recommend or use again. Plenty other companies selling similar and now with buying more on line and having to return use a company that doesn't charge you!
