Poor customer service regarding partial refund for a returned item. You advise you have a 48 hour response window to speak to someone or about a concern however 4 days and no response with numerous attempts on the chat online which no one responded too until today after another attempt. I got a response referencing the 48 window so clearly not read my message and the fact that I’d been trying to get in contact for 4 days so that clearly isn’t the policy you stick too. No apology for this but the attitude that I should just keep trying and stay on the chat. Unfortunately people work and don’t have time to sit online in the hope someone will bother to respond or get in touch and keep sending emails. Very off putting for the first time and unfortunately will be the last I purchase from here.
