i ordered £400 worth of summer clothes for my holiday which has been cancelled (Covid19) all the items were sent back.
its been over a month now and no refund.
no communications, no courtesy calls, no responses to emails, social media and no contact number to speak to anyone.
My emails just have an automated response asking to wait 14 days (and now 28 days)
After 6/7 weeks i still do not have my refund and no contact!
