I purchased a lounge suit.. it arrived and was CROPPED..this was not in the listing description although a very important detail to not list!
Returned this..my refund was ignored despite them receiving the return over a week before (I had it tracked) then they deducted over £7.50 of my refund for NO REASON! TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO MAKE DEDUCTIONS FOR A PERFECTLY FINE RETURNED ITEM, CLASSED AS GOODS NOT PURCHASED ARE ENTITLED TO FULL REFUND!!
