After trying numerous sleep aids without success, I find Luna’s melatonin-free supplement to be very effective. As a side note; I tried the Luna with Melatonin but for some reason that didn’t work for me As well. I take one capsule of the Luna-Melatonin free nightly along with magnesium and a low dose of a different Melatonin pill and I sleep very well without any morning grogginess.
