We love the replacement CUE unit that we bought from ISS. We could have installed it ourselves but chose to have Best Buy do it. Looks brand new and all of the issues we were having with our old unit have been solved. Shipping was fast and returning the core was a breeze. I'd highly recommend this company if your old CUE is not working properly.
