I needed to replace the instrument cluster on a 2005 Pontiac Montana, but the Wheelchair version. I have found that repair shops are very similar to AAA when it comes to this type of vehicle as they don't want to touch it. I called 2 local repair shops and both said they would get back to me with a price (never happened) just like AAA acted when I needed a jump but that never happened either. YouTube videos for help and my van is operational again. I would recommend the process and my advice is start grabbing plastic the clips will give, once you get to the cluster it's 4 screws and two plugins in back (you can't switch then they are different).
