“I recently ordered a new Cadillac Radio CUE Infotainment Nav replacement for my 2015 Cadillac SRX. I was completely satisfied with unit when it arrived (ON TIME BY THE WAY) to my home. The videos posted online on how to remove the old unit were detailed and helpful when removing and installing the new unit! I would highly recommend ISS Automotive for any parts needed for your repairs”

“I've bought clusters from ISS twice. Both were very reasonable with pricing and easy to order. The only thing that was not correct was the engine hours on my 2nd purchase. Not worth the time & effort to correct. I will still buy from them again and I highly recommend them”

“I was avout to send my 02 Duramax instrument cluster to Spokane for repair when I thankfully discovered ISS right here in Puget Sound. I realized instantly they were agreat choice. Very professional and great communicators. Besides fixing my speedo, I was pleased they were going to check it over and replace dead backlight lamps, etc. When I got it back I was blown away to see they had also relpaced the scratched and cracked lense. It looks and works like new!”

“Well I sent in a cluster from my 2012 ford f150, only to be told they cant fix it and they charged me $65.00 for telling me that. Think it is a scam to make $65.00.”

“Shipping was fast and the packaging was good. The return was made easy. The speedometer is about three miles an hour off (slow) compared to GPS and road speed warnings. Not a big problem as long as I know it now.”

“Works as it should. Has a warranty. I spent extra for the transmission temp gauge. Company communicates better than most. Very pleased with the product. Don't go elsewhere, bunch of hidden costs with others.”
