Bought TRQ L and R headlight assemblies for my 1997 K1500 Suburban. Bolt holes do not line up. No good. Would not recommend purchasing thisproduct.

Sent the exact same cluster that I ordered now they are saying it’s not. It is identical!!!

You said it wasn't my screen but i sent it to another company and they fixed it and said it was the screen. Wasted my money and time sending it to you.

I'm writing this review only after I have tried 3 rebuilt clusters from ISS. I will start off with, your customer service gets 5 stars, always been curtious and helpful. The one star raiting is for the actual repair technicians, I received three repaired units, and each of them did not work as a Ford OEM cluster works from the factory. The 3rd unit had a detail list of what should work, but was sent back to me with none of the repairs. I can only conclude that the technician needs more training as 3 units not doing what they should needs to be addressed. I only wish I had sent in my original one for repair so possibly my Ford features ie: radio, electric windows, dome lights would work when they should. I will also note that the 1st unit started to fail within 6 months of being installed ( power saving relay failure ). I'm sorry to have to write this, I gave your company 3 tries and I'm not looking back. I will pursue with a new unit from Ford.

I DID NOT RECIEVE THE CORRECT CLUSTER AND THE ONE I GOT HAD A PAPER SAYING IT WAS WARRENTIED FOR THE LIFE OF THE TRUCK, WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT NOT BEING THE RIGHT ONE THE PERSON THERE SAID YOU GET WHATEVER ONE WE SEND AND THAT IT WAS ONLY WARRENTIED 1 YEAR, THE WOMAN I TALKED TO SAID SHE WOULD HONOR THE LIFETIME WARRENTY BUT ILL BET THAT WAS A LIE AND IF I HAVE PROBLEMS ILL BET IM ON MY OWN AND SCREWED LIKE THE CLUSTER BEING WRONG,IT WAS INSTALLED B4 I FOUND OUT IT WAS WRONG AND SHE WANTED ME TO PAY 2 TIMES IF I WAS TO SEND IT BACK AND MAYBE THE CORRECT 1 SENT.

CUE replacement. Shipping was slow! UPS shipping was canceled twice at the ISS location. I called both times to ISS before it was shipped. Installation video on website was not accurate. Video shows removing six screws on dash by windshield and then and poping dash out on the front side with clips. I was unable to “Pop the dash out” I called tech help at ISS with zero help – the lady told me to look at other YouTube videos???? There were 23 screws holding the front dash on – if I were to have followed ISS video, I would have ruined the dash.

Thomas, sorry you had this experience. More importantly... if the unit is not working please reach out. Given the ice storms across the USA there was delays by UPS and they likely changed shipping numbers internally which caused issues. This is out of our control. Also, we don't provide install instructions for all vehicles. Its not possible for us to do that. The one in the video was accurate, but different from your make and model. We recommend YouTube since it is a great source for research if you want to avoid using a repair shop. If you need help installing then our team should have recommend that you go to a local repair shop to avoid any issues like ruining your dash. as mentioned. We assume customers ordering will do some self research if swapping out parts on their own. UPS will sometimes send a cancel email, but all they are doing to changing the shipping number... it's unlikely it was actually canceled. This can cause some confusion. Sorry about that. I do hope the part is working well.

Order a instrument Cluster with all correct parts numbers need over $250 and still receive the wrong part. Now, have to pay another 286.00 for correct part to be installed. Really sucks.

WHEN ORDERED I ASKED FOR AND TOLD THEM MY CLUSTER HAD THE TEMP GAUGE THAT I HAD PAID FOR WHEN I FIRST REPAIRED THIS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE ONE SENT DIDNT HAVE IT LIKE ASKED FOR THEY NEED TO READ INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN IN ORDER FORM AND ALSO THIS UNIT KEEPS NOT WORKING AND SEEMS LIKE BAD SODER JOINT I CAN PUSH ON UNIT FLEX IT AND IT BEGINES TO WORK CHRIS TEZAK 7192404422

Hi Christoper, I reviewed the order and appears that you initially had zero temp gauge on the order. I think this may have caused us some confusion. Please contact us if the unit is not working so that we can make it right. The issue is that UPS can hit packages hard and there is a chance that things can happen. We do our best to protect the clusters, but cold temps and hitting the clusters can cause issues. This is why most people need to buy new clusters this time of year. We fully test all parts with several machines. Keep this in mind as the older parts are not always easy to ship. Hope this helps. Certainly reach out to use if still having issues.

Terrible experience. Never got product and could get any help but an occasional email repeating trucking number. So finally after the delivery date come and past they reply with ups list my package that it happens a lot. Really? Then asked if I wanted to gamble again or get a refund…. No thanks…. Wasted ten days of my life and money. Oh and I got an email saying they got my core that I didn’t send nor was it required, and email saying my warranty has started yet never received anything?

Sorry you had a bad experience. We wish that we could control UPS, but that is 100% out of our control. This is not happening a lot. It can happen but its not that common.

I was sent the wrong cluster. When I finally got a hold I was told that I'm cluster was not in your ability to provide and was given a name of the business that would repair my instrument cluster. I was told there would be a restocking charge. You sent me the wrong part so I expect a full refund. Ted Dougherty

The part sent was NOT the item pictured on the website order. I returned the part after I was told by customer service that the mistake was my fault and would have to pay a restocking fee, how was it my fault... all I wanted was the correct part for my truck....a complete waste of time..oh and money! Why the heck could they not have just sent me the correct part in exchange for the incorrect part that I paid for? I cannot recommend businesses that conduct business in this manner. It does not happen at a local part store...it should not happen here!

I liked the product and warranty but it takes months for replacement to arrive in my case it was going to take about 4-6 months. So I canceled my order.

It had the same issues as it had before I send it into you. My opinion you accomplished nothing as far as the repair and I do believe that was the third time around for the same thing I was very dissatisfied with your performance. I finally had to find somebody else to do the repair yours truly very unsatisfied customer.

Need to send your techs back to school! Maybe when you receive clusters send the to circuit board medics and they will get the job done right! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered a replacement cluster and I was sent the wrong one. After I sent it back and was charged a restocking fee? I believe when I finished the order info it populated the wrong cluster that I selected. I have a 06 f150 fx4 A very nice lady Priscilla found that the part number had been changed. A reimbursement of the restocking fee would be nice. It probably will never happen. Good luck

I bought the same gauge cluster 3 times from ISS for my 2008 Silverado so I could have the right one for my truck (someone swapped a cluster into my truck and it was the incorrect cluster). None of these 3 worked correctly and one was even the wrong one all together. I do not recommend using their product.

Not happy at all. Issues with new cluster sent back my old one and claim they have t gotten it. They sent me another cluster but I can’t unplug the first cluster they sent me. It’s like the plug is now super glued in

I sent my instrument cluster to be fixed.When I got it back, the prnd123 and odometer light stayed on all the time. It drained the batteries. I had to send it back and get it fixed, again. Recently the speedometer and tachometer stopped working, then started again. I am afraid to send it out again
