I thought i ordered a instrument gauge cluster for my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado but it was only a white screen that goes inside the cluster housing. I asked for a return but my request was not answered at all! Damn this bs sucks!

Will never use your company again !!! Telling everyone I can to NOT use your services and Go to the dealer Better service, longer warranty, and a product that works!! Not you !!!

I've used this company several times and routinely reccomend them to customers. Typically everything works fine. It's when things don't that you see the true company. We sent in a Jeep cluster for repair. When we got it back it wouldn't light up or anything and the wipers would just start running. We sent it back to them a second time and there was no change when returned. There is absolutely zero chance they wouldn't know this during testing. Trying to call is a joke, and while the people responding to emails are nice enough, the techs give them little to no information and this results in not having any idea what they claim the condition of the cluster was. We went and ordered an old used cluster just to make sure it wasn't the jeep that was the problem and the cluster works as it should. This company claims to repair, but I am starting to believe all they do is swap out the stepper motors and lights and maybe the faces for decoration. With their absolutely abysmal customer service there is no way to know. Like I wrote, it's how a company deals with the difficult things that shows their true colors. If all you have is a GM cluster with the ubiquitous stepper motor problem this place is fine. If you have a cluster that has some other problem, go elsewhere.

I sent my dashboard control panel to be repaired. It was late in being returned and it still has the same problems. I filed a complaint with the Better Busines Bureau and the companies response was they made the repairs. I would not recommend this company. There customer service and repairs are abhorent.

Second Cluster I’ve received wrong. Now they won’t answer my emails. Still waiting. First one had park assist fault my car doesn’t have park assist. Returned it after receiving second one. Same fault park assist plus service body and service traction control. I connected my scanner. These faults don’t exist. I run my own service shop so I’m not just an average user. I’ve wrenched on cars for 45 years.

dash repair lasted 5 miles your people blame it on other truck problems even when i said i had 2 of the same trucks and took parts out of other truck to confirm problem. went to junk yard bought another dash this one is still working.

29 year Master Technican. sent CUSTOMERS cluster in for repair. get cluster back. cluster works 2 days. cluster intermittent failure returns. send cluster back in. ISS has had for a week now. no answer. no cluster. dont bother calling they wont answer. do not use this website for anything.

PLEASE note that I bought a closter for a 2006 ford -f 150 it has many problems and ISS does not repond by phone or Email. NO ANWER

I installed the cluster as soon as I received it and discovered the right directional light was not working ,I immediately sent a email because the mentioned they were short staffed ,waited a few days no response, left a message waited a few more days no response, so left another message and never hear back its been about 3 weeks still waiting ,

The service is horrible at this place. The return emails are never and on the phone. It’s almost impossible. Wish I never would’ve bought the part from here..

Odometer did not work correctly when I recvieved it the first time. Sent it back to be repaired and when I recived it the second time the tech, speedometer, and all the gages did not work. Had to take it to different repair shop. Found out it is ruined and we are locating a used one to repalce it. Do not use ISS!!!

Absolutely do not recommend. If you have an issue with your order like I did, good luck getting in contact with them. Ordered a gauge cluster for $312 just for it to show the wrong mileage. Can’t call them, can’t email them, so I messaged them on Facebook. As a business owner myself that’s pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Said they send me a new cluster with correct mileage, that was 4 days ago and still hasn’t even shipped. This morning I got in my truck, about a week of having the gauge cluster in my truck, and it doesn’t show my odometer at all anymore. I’m 16 and trying to restore my truck, and they just scammed me out of $312, I’ll probably never get that back.

I ordered a replacement cadillac head unit/car play conversion kit. I was shipped a hot mess of wires and a missing port in the head unit itself. I am currently in the process of attempting to contact the company to make a return as their policy states returns must start with getting in contact with them. I have made 4 phone calls and 4 emails, all of which were responded to with automated responses that they are short staffed and will be in contact with me soon. 5 days later I have gotten nothing back from ISS Automotive, and will be out about $1,000. Slow shipping, little to zero instruction, a mess of a package, no response from anyone, and no refund. Will never buy anything from here again.

ISS sold me a Cadillac CUE unit with the Fan and On buttons circuited together. The fan blew at highest speed constantly and there was no way to turn it off. The Cadillac tech confirmed it.

Well I sent in a cluster from my 2012 ford f150, only to be told they cant fix it and they charged me $65.00 for telling me that. Think it is a scam to make $65.00.
