Item did not work correctly after installation. ISS offered to repair my dash but only at an additional cost.

I would not rec them for instrument clusters. I was not satisfied with the customer care side or the product overall condition. The cluster I received was older and more worn than the one I was going to send back. Customer care doesn’t help out in any way even if you’re not satisfied. You still get hit with the restocking fee.

The light is dim ,.. not up to factory standards .. the lens is poorly glued on .. will not recommend..

Never got a response from iss after I wrote them about how my gauge cluster was returned to me with a big chunk missing out of the clear lense. The damage did not happen on the way back because the broken piece was not in the packaging. The damage had to happen when it was shipped to them or at there business. If the damage happened when it was shipped to them it would have been nice of them to notify me so I could take it up with UPS so I could start a claim with UPS since the package was insured. There are lots of other automotive electronics repair businesses out there don't wast your time with this one all they email you about is wanting you to leave them a good review. Also the turn around as far as after receiving your part to when they ship it back to you is way longer then what they say on there site.

I am not very satisfied because you guys could not get it right I kept having to take it back out and send it back and it’s still not right. My oil pressure is not reading right on the last one that I got and I paid for more than what I ended up getting

The customer service was great and excellent. Super nice! However, when the mechanics put my device back together they put the chrome rings over the needles (speedometer and tachometer) which caused it to lock down and possibly strip the gear. It works somewhat better but not as it should. Other gauges work okay

Sensitivity touch not very responsive on bottom part of unit. It must be an original used part. I bought the whole unit instead of just the screen for that very reason. The touch screen appears to be the only thing new and it works fine. I had to send my unit in or be charged an extra amount around $300. My unit looked newer than the refurbished one I received. So basically I paid &325 for a new screen. My screen works; the unit not easy to change out, so I am keeping, but seems like you are overcharging for used units that have the same issues.

The power rear lift gate kit I ordered for my wife’s new Tahoe MIGHT be ok. Not sure because I still haven’t completed it. The instructions are generic and frankly garbage. Spent 8 hours with 2 people (so 16), both experienced mechanics and we couldn’t finish because we literally had to figure it out ourselves. Now that the holidays are over I hope to get it completed and I hope it works good.

My order wasnt 2/3 completed cluster was fixed but i ordered different pointers and lighting got the lighting but the pointers never got changed put the orginals back on called and the pointers cost was refunded but couldnt go another week with the cluster missing to send back opps quality control missed the mark

I sent in my Chevrolet Silverado dash cluster to be replaced, it's an older truck so no replacement was available & they repaired my cluster. Unfortunately it doesn't work unless I push & hold the trip reset button.

Shipped my radio which was lost by ups. Had to receive a second one which they shipped a few weeks later. However, I started receiving repeated email to return my core before I even received the replacement radio which, is a bit frustrating. Additionally, I opted for the CarPlay option which is not worth it. You have to switch between factory and CarPlay which is not cool!

Set my cluster in for fuel gauge repair did not work when I got it back called they told me to keep it upside down tip it to the right typical of still do not work to this day doesn’t work

2nd replacement on HVAC controler. the first one lasted 18 months both from ISS. No help with warranty as it was past 12 months. If this one fails prematurely it will be the last purchase from ISS.

The radio stop playing or reading the usb flash drive one week ago. I sent u a good radio that only needed unlocking $110.00. You lied say something wrong with it. Send $340.00 for yours. That's scamming.

Took forever to get both clusters, was told both clusters were to be delivered on one day and they weren’t. Had to make two phone calls to get mileage right due to the vehicle constantly being on the move. one of them came out of the box defective and I’ve been bombarded with emails about being charged for cores. The first email came BEFORE I had the second cluster in my possession. It just hasn’t been an easy transaction. There’s been phone calls and emails flying back and forth. I’m just meh towards the whole thing.

I purchased a "rebuilt" instrument cluster for my 2006 F-150. Got it within a few days, installed and found that 1 of the gauges was not aligned properly. The voltage needle pegs to the right when I turn on my truck and in the off position, it is pointed up. ISS sent me a different one to replace that one. After installing the new one, 2 of the gauges was off. Engine temp and voltage gauge was both off. Just to be sure, I put the original one in and all gauges was correct. The only issue with the original one was the LCD screen didn't provide the milage anymore. So I really didn't want to mess with doing this all over again so I took the 1 with the 1 temp gauge and sent the others back. I would of thought these had been tested thoroughly.

Shift commander does not cure the problem of throttle hesitation at its source, the slow reaction of the throttle from pedal input. What it does is give the ECU a false input as though throttle is depressed further than it is. It does not cure quick throttle input hesitation.

Hi Larry, it might depend on the vehicle. Sorry you didn't see a change. The first few moments are safety and no device will be able to override, but the mapping will change RPM to position in the pedal. Its not so much a false input as it is remapping the throttle position and sending different dignal. That is how it works to map the curve. You can see these curves on our site. Take notice that the first part of the curve remains generally the same. But for some vehicles it really helps the jerking from pedal. We see this a lot in Toyota. Feel free to send back if you don't like the device for your specific vehicle.
