Took forever to get both clusters, was told both clusters were to be delivered on one day and they weren’t. Had to make two phone calls to get mileage right due to the vehicle constantly being on the move. one of them came out of the box defective and I’ve been bombarded with emails about being charged for cores. The first email came BEFORE I had the second cluster in my possession. It just hasn’t been an easy transaction. There’s been phone calls and emails flying back and forth. I’m just meh towards the whole thing.

I purchased a "rebuilt" instrument cluster for my 2006 F-150. Got it within a few days, installed and found that 1 of the gauges was not aligned properly. The voltage needle pegs to the right when I turn on my truck and in the off position, it is pointed up. ISS sent me a different one to replace that one. After installing the new one, 2 of the gauges was off. Engine temp and voltage gauge was both off. Just to be sure, I put the original one in and all gauges was correct. The only issue with the original one was the LCD screen didn't provide the milage anymore. So I really didn't want to mess with doing this all over again so I took the 1 with the 1 temp gauge and sent the others back. I would of thought these had been tested thoroughly.

Shift commander does not cure the problem of throttle hesitation at its source, the slow reaction of the throttle from pedal input. What it does is give the ECU a false input as though throttle is depressed further than it is. It does not cure quick throttle input hesitation.

Hi Larry, it might depend on the vehicle. Sorry you didn't see a change. The first few moments are safety and no device will be able to override, but the mapping will change RPM to position in the pedal. Its not so much a false input as it is remapping the throttle position and sending different dignal. That is how it works to map the curve. You can see these curves on our site. Take notice that the first part of the curve remains generally the same. But for some vehicles it really helps the jerking from pedal. We see this a lot in Toyota. Feel free to send back if you don't like the device for your specific vehicle.

Shipping was ok. Paid extra to get it 3-5 days later. Product was not fully functional. After speaking to customer service, decided to troubleshoot the product myself. Still haven't had the time and money to do that. We will see how it goes later

I purchased the shift power throttle response controller in hopes to minimize or reduce the accelerator lag on my Jeep wrangler. Unfortunately the controller did not do this. The controller actually causes the vehicle to accelerate too much causing burn outs extremely easy, even on the lowest setting with dynamic setting on exponential. I now do not use the controller, pretty much a waste of money.

I received a rebuilt H2 Hummer cluster, The cluster frame and back are dirty, the dial face red lines are faded to light orange to nothing. The dial face also had several pencil lines near pointer ends. I cleaned the outside edges of the dirty white frame with Windex on Q-tips. I purchased a new cluster dial face and new pointers at a cost of $169.97, Then carefully removed lens, pointers and dial face, I installed new dial face and pointers. I requested help because the cluster pointers I installed are most likely not in the proper positions, Plus I explained the condition of this rebuilt cluster received, I was told it should have never been sent like this. My original cluster is bright and clean with only 9977 miles on it, It was returned as a core, I did not inspect the rebuilt cluster before returning mine as I had to go into the hospital for surgery. When I contacted about rebuilt cluster condition, the lady was nice and said they would send me a box with a prepaid label to return rebuilt cluster for exchange or ?. The box arrived UPS smashed almost 1/2 flat, The box was too small for a H2 cluster. I returned the box Priority mail at my expense. I was told my original perfectly clean cluster was sold, My cluster was as new except two stepper motors went bad, My hummer does not have a sun roof and never left outside with windows open. The lens was scratch free, The dial face was crisp and clear with No fading. and the white frame was snow white ,Not yellowish like this old rebuilt cluster. I was told later that I should have sent my cluster in for service, but when I called and inquired ? I was told I would receive a nice clean guaranteed rebuilt cluster and I needed to send my cluster in as a core. Big Mistake .
