“All was good but the bottom bumper valance had such a crease in it from being folded in the box that a permanent stress mark was left in the center from the top to the bottom.”

“I purchased the Cadillac cue infotainment system/screen replacement with an upgrade for CarPlay. Install was involved but that’s because my ELR dash isn't the easiest to get apart. The install wa pretty easy and the instructions, tho hard to see and understand, were helpful. The function of cue itself is perfect, however the CarPlay portion I find to be very glitchy. There is a button to toggle between the normal cue system and CarPlay (it sporadically jumps back and forth). Also my backup camera only works if I’m on my normal cue screens, and I also get blank black screens when toggling between the two systems. I wish I had known it was a weird toggle feature as I may not have purchased the CarPlay upgrade. It can be a hassle. I never heard back about my lifetime warranty after sending in my used cue system either. All in all I got a great replacement screen which is what I was really after and my feedback would be to improve the instructions guide, set the customers expectations about how the upgraded CarPlay works after install and have better follow through comms regarding warranty and installation questions.”

“After 2 round trips from Iss to Maryland, 10 days between trh trips trying to unlock my radio, I finally got it back in and working, Still not reight the way I want it, but that is something I have to do. The problem was the aux plug. Don't know if they replaced it or not, but I don't think I will plug in my mp3 player again.”

“I've lived with the reman cluster for about 2 months now. Looks like a solid unit. Would definitely purchase again. Shipping and core return were seamless. The only thing I would improve is communication directly after purchase. My cluster was not shipped during the advertised window and I felt the need to reach out. Communication advising the slight delay in shipment goes a long way with a new customer. Nonetheless, I will be purchasing from ISS the next time I need a cluster. Thanks.”

“So far everything is working as it should and I'm happy. However if you want a 5 star you need to be a little quicker on when I get the cluster. Secondly going and waiting at the nearest UPS store to send in my core was a pain in the ass. You guys need that to change also.....”

“Took over a week, several emails and finally calling to get my order acknowledged. After that everything was great. Dash worked fine. Return was acknowledged within a week Will be using again.”

“I bought a replacement CUE system for a 2017 Cadillac ATS. The product was shipped very quickly and is working perfectly. Saved me over $700 from having a dealership replace it. I had one question on the install and the person I talked with was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is I think my question would be common. Covering it on an FAQ on the with site could save them some phone calls.”

“Shipping was fast and the packaging was good. The return was made easy. The speedometer is about three miles an hour off (slow) compared to GPS and road speed warnings. Not a big problem as long as I know it now.”

“ISS was a little bit slow to ship on this,. I think it was a supply chain issue. The wait was worth it and the delivery was fasr once the item was shipped. Price was fair for a rebuilt instrument cluster for my 2004 GMC pickup. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of my replacement instrument cluster. ISS made it very convenient to send back the core cluster.”

“My old cluster finally failed one gauge at a time...came across ISS site...had an issue with purchasing what I wanted.. a simple email and issue was rectified...exchange process was simple...remove the old one, install new, put the old in prepaid box with new label...took me all of 15 minutes and done...New cluster is working great so far and the "American flag" upgrade looks amazing !!!!”
