“My son in law installed a power gate on my Mazda CX 30. It works great! The reason I gave 4?stars as he said the directions weren’t great and the button for inside car didn’t fit so he didn’t install it. It works great and happy with purchase! He installed it in about 5 1/2 hrs”

“Ordered a reman instrument cluster for my 2004 Suburban. Rec’d it quickly, install took maybe ten minutes. Works like new and solved my phantom battery drain. Oddly enough, my old one said my average mileage was 10.7mpg. The new one read 13.7 immediately, so the old unit must’ve had multiple issues. Excellent return of core instructions, a reminder via email to send it in soon, immediate response when they recd it. Those kind of details matter! Four stars because I haven’t had it long but I have no doubts on it. Thank you”

“I have used ISS to restore my gauge clusters a couple times now and have always been happy with their work. Online ordering is easy, turn around time is fast. Only drawback is they are on the west cost, I live in the Midwest so shipping time is 5 days each way, which sucks, but that is not their fault. Will use them again if the need arises.”

“The CUE unit in my Cadillac crapped out like all of them do. GM should be making good on this but in light of the fact that they won't, leads the consumer to look for other solutions. Insert ISS Automotive. The process was simple. Send the vin and wait. Took a bit coming from the west coast but was a plug n play repair once I switched over the charge pad from my old unit. Nothing was mentioned about that in any of the videos. Also, the procedure to get to the unit was a bit different for my model but I figured it out eventually. All went well. New unit installed, works as it should and the old one sent back in their box with their label.”

“Parts work and no issues so far. Video that was used for this particular model did not match the vehicle year we have, but that was no issue for us. I would say the warranty being attached to the return of the old unit makes things a little stressful. Would prefer to pay $30 or so more for the warranty to just buy the part needed and not have to return the old part within 30 days.”

“Received it back in great time, installed and all but item didn't work I have the cluster gauge back lights do not come on so it real difficult to drive at night. Can anything done to correct this?”

“Very happy with the repair, works great no issues a couple weeks installed. Would do 5 stars but I originally ordered a replacement so I didn't have to wait and the website took my payment. Almost immediately after the order went through I got an out of stock email. I was very annoyed as the website should show stock or out of stock and let you make a decision based on that. However I did decide to send my old cluster in for repair, I figured I would be down for a few weeks but they fixed it and I had it back in a little over a week. Did a great job on the repair, just annoyed and feel they take your money without stock then ask you to do the repair service instead.”

“I've made two purchases. The dashboard gauge cluster was first rate. Product was perfect and installation was easy. As good as or better than OEM. Definitely will worth the money and more. Unfortunately the climate controls were Doorman garbage and arrived defective. This is no surprise to anyone who's had dealings with any Doorman product. If I had known it was a Doorman, I would not have ordered it, but that was not listed on the website. The return of the climate controls was just an easy phone call and effortless drop off to UPS. I will certainly use ISS again in the future. But I may dig a bit deeper into the product info before ordering.”

“Service was good. Product is good. I was/am confused about the lifetime warranty. On line stated it was free but I had to purchase the policy. Either I need a refund or they need to correct the on line offer.”

“Purchased an electronic display. Display was nice and packaged well. The website said shipped in 42 to 72 hours, however it took almost 2 weeks from time of purchase and I had to reach out to find out where it was. This would have been better with an update that shipments were delayed. Other than that very pleased.”

“I can’t write anything about the fitting or performance of the Throttle response control because I couldn’t installed. I can say that the Costumer Service is great and they responded quickly to solve the issue at hand.”
