“Was super pleased with the insrtument cluster I got from ISS. All the gauges, led lights and stepper motors work perfectly. The upgrades are worth it. I have gotten a lot of compliments and referred peop to ISS. Would use them again.”

“I'm 100% satisfied with the results of my transaction. Everything was done in a timely manner and the instrument cluster panel I purchased for my 2003 Chevy 1500 fixed my problem. Special thanks to Melita in customer support as she patiently guided me through the process of making sure I had done the installation properly. If I ever need anything similar to what I purchased I will most certainly return and do business with ISS. 5 stars for great service and product.”

“Finally after two unsuccessful attemps, and NOW a THIRD, I have all things working?!?! After the truck/cluster shorting out while I was waiting for the new cluster, at the grogery store a mile away and having to walk home, the longest mile I ever walked!!! I put it in and only worked for a few minutes or so, then no gauges, power windows, door locks, radio or horn. Then my buddy thought he would give it a try, being he had luck with his Ford, but still the same. I drove it that way for a few days and one time it seemed to have drain the new battery and barely started. SO I disconnect the negative post, and put the battery charger on and the next day, when I reconnected," EVERYTHING WORKED"!!!!! The check engine light would even go off for a while??? About that time I received this email to disconnect the negative cable and the cluster let it set for 30 minutes but less than a hour. I finally did that "TODAY" and all seems fine??? In your video you should also STATE to do that "FIRST"!?!?! It may have saved me and DIY'fers a lot of trouble. Anyway I hoping for the best. A little long and late. Thanks EMac”

“I ordered an instrument cluster for ‘03 Yukon XL because of dim display of PRNDL indicator and missing lights for engine gauges. Very pleasant lady took my order and explained the billing/ core/ warranty process. Received in 2 days. Took approximately 30 minutes and my panel now looks like new. Old panel fit perfectly in the provided styrofoam packing and all went back UPS free of charge. Got timely notification of return arrival and activation of my warranty. Whole process could not have been easier. Planning on same process for the hvac controller now.”

“The CLUE assembly for my 2016 Cadillac SRX arrived on time and was easily installed. Works great. Excellent service and warranty provided. I saved a lot of money versus the dealer providing a new unit and installing. I would recommend ISS highly.”
