“I usually do not write reviews. But I am so satisfied with the replacement instrument cluster from ISS that I want everyone to know how well this has worked for my truck. Installation took only a few minutes, the cluster and gauges look brand new, and they function perfectly right out of the box with no adjustments needed. Returning the core in the box with their pre-paid label was super easy. I cannot recommend this product and service highly enough.”

“Received an instrument cluster from ISS in nice packaging. Reused packaging to send my old one back as a core. Very happy with the new one on my 2003 Silverado. So easy to swap out that even I did the swap! Thanks ISS”

“Iss sent me a 25 dollar credit before I completed my order . I sent my head unit in on a Friday and got it back the next Friday . Iss boxed it up perfectly . I reinstalled my Dodge head unit and it works as good as ever and the LED screen is brilliant .”

“Because I live here on the east coast I was a little skeptical about ordering my replacement instrument cluster from a company so far away but as it turned out,iwas glad I did. Iss had the best prices and services among the other companies I found online.delivery was prompt and free even tho it had to travel over 3000 miles. Overall a very satisfactory experience and highly recommend Is.”

“My 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS odometer and shift indicator went out, so I ordered a refurbished speedometer assembly from ISS. They provided the removal and installation procedures plus the return shipping instructions and container. Although my particular speedometer assembly was out of stock awaiting reparable ones to be refurbished, I got it in about 2 weeks, plugged it in and works perfectly! They are super responsive to question and very pleasant.”

“5 Stars! This Cluster Saved My Sanity (and My Dash)! Let me paint the picture: two years ago, I’m in my garage at midnight, headlamp on, XActo knife in hand, scratching a trace off a circuit board on a $300 “plug-and-play” gauge cluster just to make the tach stop pinning at 8,000 RPM. That seller? A flimsy 2 year warranty and radio silence when the stepper motors started doing the jitterbug at month 21. I swore I’d never roll the dice again. Then I found this shop. Holy hell, what a redemption arc. Fitment? Flawless. This thing slid in like it was born in the dash of my ’03 Silverado. Every plug snapped home with a satisfying click no Dremel, no swear jar overflow, no “hold my beer” moments. Stepper motors? Silent as a library. LEDs? Bright enough to read by, even enough to make the factory look jealous. Odometer? Matched my mileage to the digit, no VIN reprogramming nonsense. Quality? Next level. Crisp bezel, needles parked at zero like they’re posing for a GM brochure. Night drives went from “guess the speed” to “damn, this looks new.” Lifetime warranty—not some 2 year tease, but LIFE. OF THE PART. That’s not a promise that’s a flex. Core return? Laughably easy. Prepaid label, slap it on the box with my old franken-cluster (still smelling like burnt solder), drop at UPS, and boom credit hits before I torque the last dash screw. If your 2002-2006 GM truck’s dash looks like a disco with dying gauges, or you’ve been burned by hack jobs and hollow warranties stop scrolling. This is the real deal. My Silverado’s 22 years old, 287k miles, and the dash finally matches the heart under the hood. 100% would trust again.”
