“My Cadillac Cue touchscreen stopped working recently. I called my Cadillac dealer and since my warranty has expired, it was going to cost me $1,200 - $1,500 to fix the issue. My husband found one on ISS at about 1/3 that price and installed it himself. It works perfectly! I couldn’t be happier!”

“The new cluster came in perfectly, everything works gauges and lighting are accurate it’s so nice to have a fully functioning cluster again. ISS Automotive makes it so much easier than any one the other companies out there sending you an already refurbished cluster and not having to send yours and wait for it back. Plug and play 10 minute install, worth every penny. I’m an ASE master mechanic and have replaced many cluster ISS makes this repair cheap and easy.”

“Have a 2004 Silverado, I replaced all the servos and installed blue LEDs back in 2016. Lately, the instrument cluster would stop working or reset itself. Bought a replacement cluster from ISS with blue lights and blue needles. Installed it and it did the same thing. Turns out the problem was a $3.50 part from a salvage yard and about 20 minutes of splicing work. The only complaints about the replacement cluster are the needles are not installed accurately (all the needles are off by the same amount, about 3 MPH slow on the speedometer for example) and the dash lights are dimmer and can't adjust any brighter. I even installed a new headlight switch which fixed the temp/compass in the rearview mirror. Other than that the replacement is fine.”

“I had done research regarding the trouble with my cue system for my 2013 Cadillac SRX. Unfortunately none of the trouble shooting worked. I had seen the ad for ISS but not convinced I (my husband) could install replacement. I called and spoke with customer service and was given the confidence that it was not that difficult. My husband replaced in about a hour. It was a great savings over going to the dealership. The shipment was delivered on time and packed with it was my return label. I’ve never been more excited to have my CUE system working again. Shame on Cadillac for not recalling the Cue system.”

“2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8L V8 4L60E 2WD ext cab 6.5 bed 412000 miles replacement instrument cluster front face plate shattered, some backlights inoperable, intermittent inoperable gauges. quick online search I found ISS Automotive Solutions. Price was in line with their competitors with ISS being slightly cheaper and here's the catch, WITH NO CORE CHARGE, (with return of old cluster within 30 days). Placed the order late Sunday night and they shipped it Monday morning and I received it on Wednesday in perfect condition. Installed it and everything worked and my mileage was programmed in it ready to go. packaged up the old cluster using same box new cluster was shipped in and using the prepaid shipping label ISS supplied I had confirmation core was returned and the warranty was activated by Monday the following week. took truck on a 2 week 2500 mile trip around New England with no problems at all. I highly recommend ISS Automotive solutions. excellent service and products.”

“The part sent was NOT the item pictured on the website order. I returned the part after I was told by customer service that the mistake was my fault and would have to pay a restocking fee, how was it my fault... all I wanted was the correct part for my truck....a complete waste of time..oh and money! Why the heck could they not have just sent me the correct part in exchange for the incorrect part that I paid for? I cannot recommend businesses that conduct business in this manner. It does not happen at a local part store...it should not happen here!”

“Had my gauge cluster rebuilt. Originally I ordered on to be done as an exchange. Was quickly contacted that they were out of stock for my diesel truck. Sent them mine UPS took a week for it to get there but ISS got it back to me 2 days later. Everything works like new. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“I recently purchased an instrument cluster for my 2003 Chevy suburban. It was a perfect transaction very fast shipping excellent product. I am a 72-year-old vet living on a fixed income. This saved me a lot of money by not having to go to a dealership. The unit was very easy to install. I believe anyone could do it. Just needed a Phillips screwdriver. “We had been looking for a while for an instrument cluster for our 2004 Escalade, but they were so expensive, and the core charge was so steep. When we came across ISS, not only was the cluster available at a discount, but the core charge was so reasonable, and only gets charged if the old one is not sent back! The entire process was so easy. We received the cluster in just a few days, my husband installed it, and it works perfectly. Core return was a cinch, since the prepaid shipping label is already included. We could not be happier!”
