Have a 2004 Silverado, I replaced all the servos and installed blue LEDs back in 2016. Lately, the instrument cluster would stop working or reset itself. Bought a replacement cluster from ISS with blue lights and blue needles. Installed it and it did the same thing. Turns out the problem was a $3.50 part from a salvage yard and about 20 minutes of splicing work. The only complaints about the replacement cluster are the needles are not installed accurately (all the needles are off by the same amount, about 3 MPH slow on the speedometer for example) and the dash lights are dimmer and can't adjust any brighter. I even installed a new headlight switch which fixed the temp/compass in the rearview mirror. Other than that the replacement is fine.
