I had done research regarding the trouble with my cue system for my 2013 Cadillac SRX. Unfortunately none of the trouble shooting worked. I had seen the ad for ISS but not convinced I (my husband) could install replacement. I called and spoke with customer service and was given the confidence that it was not that difficult. My husband replaced in about a hour. It was a great savings over going to the dealership. The shipment was delivered on time and packed with it was my return label. I’ve never been more excited to have my CUE system working again.
Shame on Cadillac for not recalling the Cue system.
