“The new cluster looks exaclly like the old one and is performing perfectly. This is in a 2007 Chevy Avalanche, LS model, which had stopped dispalying the alphanumetric charactors at the bottom.”

“i looked at a couple of differant companys and setled on ISS because of reviews I had read. I am very pleased that I chose them because everything works like new and they transfered my milage for my truck. The return of my broken odometer could not have been easier . “Got a instrument cluster for 2004 Silverado. Works great. Skeptical of course, but took a chance. Glad I did! Easy core return. Had to figure out how to change language, as it was delivered with Spanish settings. All in all a great product at a fair price.”

“We were working with a bad gauge cluster for a couple years where we didnt even know how much fuel was in the car, after installing the replacement from ISS and using their install video found on YouTube, we are now working with a perfectly working cluster. Couldn't be happier with how it was shipped, the codition it is in and how it works so well.”

“I thought i ordered a instrument gauge cluster for my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado but it was only a white screen that goes inside the cluster housing. I asked for a return but my request was not answered at all! Damn this bs sucks!”

“A few months ago, my original cluster intermittently would go out completely, and sometimes would stay out for a week or more, and then miraculously just start working again. It also had several lights out, making it somewhat difficult to view the left side of the cluster at night…. I started looking into purchasing a new cluster, and while searching the Internet, I ran stumbled upon the ISS website. This interested me because I was in favor of keeping the factory installed cluster. I decided to pull my cluster and ship it off to them. It was returned very quickly. When I unpacked it, it looked brand new. I reinstalled it and it worked perfectly, and was fully illuminated.. The lights went out so gradually, I forgot what it was like to see it fully illuminated. It’s been a while now and everything still works perfectly… I have nothing but great things to say, and would definitely use them again, if the need arises.. I have recommended them to several of my friends who are having similar issues….”
