“Perfect working instrument cluster. My old Instrument Cluster had multiple gauges that didn’t work. The replacement cluster that ISS sent worked the moment it was installed.”

“I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. I sent my unit to them on a Thursday, they received it Friday, repaired it and shipped it out Monday. I got it back Thursday and it was all fixed, cleaned and well packaged. I will keep them in mind for any future needs I may have.”

“The new radio works competely and we are pleased with the new screen on the radio as well. The service so far has been great. We did pay for the extended warranty as we want to keep our Cadillac SRX for many years to come. Would highly recommend this comany and their good work in sending out an excellent item. “Replacement unit for a 2017 Cadillac XTS. Unit came well protected and shipping very timely. No programming was required for this unit it was plug and play. Working great now thanks ISS! Will be doing business in the near future.”

“ISS was a little bit slow to ship on this,. I think it was a supply chain issue. The wait was worth it and the delivery was fasr once the item was shipped. Price was fair for a rebuilt instrument cluster for my 2004 GMC pickup. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of my replacement instrument cluster. ISS made it very convenient to send back the core cluster.”

“Very easy to work with this company. I had to send them my instrument cluster. They have a very good communication system set up to let you know where your item is at all times. The cluster came back perfect and on the schedule they quoted. Would highly recommend.”

“Looked locally for guages for the trailblazer ,no one makes them anymore. Just happened to see an ad on Facebook for these guys and after reviewing comments and reviews it was worth a try. Put in the order took about 2 weeks. Got the new one ,installed it and sent back the core. Needles all work now. Gas guage hasn't worked in years. Shipping box was very well packaged and made sure things didn't get broken during delivery. For the cost, it was a professional rebuild and they did well, will recommend them for these products.”

“THE PICTURES INCLUDED WITH THE INSTALLATION MANUAL SHOULD STATE "EXAMPLES ONLY" EACH VEHICLE WILL NEEDED FIGURED OUT TO CUSTOM FIT. AFTER WE FIGURED IT OUT AND HAD TO ADD ON TO THE REAR WIRING HARNESS (WE SODERED THE WIRES-I'D RECOMMEND THAT) AND HAD TO SHITCH OUT THE CONNECTION PLUG AT THE FUSE BOX, THE UNIT WORKED WELL.”

“First off the rebuilt gage cluster has only been installed for a few weeks but I don't anticipate any problems . The item I ordered was in short supply and was back ordered , ISS notified me of back order right away and gave option to cancel , decided to wait the estimated 7 to 10 days , item shipped at around 8 days , product was exactly as ordered , installed the rebuilt gage cluster ( it looks like new ) and everything works great ! I am pleased with product , price & service . Will use ISS again if needed . Thanks ISS”
