ISS was a little bit slow to ship on this,. I think it was a supply chain issue. The wait was worth it and the delivery was fasr once the item was shipped. Price was fair for a rebuilt instrument cluster for my 2004 GMC pickup. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of my replacement instrument cluster. ISS made it very convenient to send back the core cluster.
