THE PICTURES INCLUDED WITH THE INSTALLATION MANUAL SHOULD STATE "EXAMPLES ONLY" EACH VEHICLE WILL NEEDED FIGURED OUT TO CUSTOM FIT. AFTER WE FIGURED IT OUT AND HAD TO ADD ON TO THE REAR WIRING HARNESS (WE SODERED THE WIRES-I'D RECOMMEND THAT) AND HAD TO SHITCH OUT THE CONNECTION PLUG AT THE FUSE BOX, THE UNIT WORKED WELL.

The process was easy and item arrived in a timely manner so that was good. There is no backlight on the odometer which is irritating but not the worst thing ever. My big issue is this is my 18 year old son’s truck and have had intermittent issues with the temp gauge reading off. It’s like it doesn’t reset to zero and continues to climb from the last reading when shutting the vehicle off. Has happened several times but over the last week there’s been no issues so I’m monitoring because that’s one of two really important gauges along with oil pressure that I’m trying to teach my son to monitor.

All of the lights doesn't work, bottom lights at information bar and small cluster keep flickering and sometimes fades all the way out, very disappointed.

My product took much longer then expected and advertised to recieve back. I asked 3 different representatives about replaceing the cluster sheid due to damage, they each told me they would check into it and get back to me, they never did. The product was returned to me well packaged and appears to be in proper working order.

ISS Automotive did a good job breaking down and diagnosing my part promptly, but could not live up to their slogan. They could not replace the part, even though the part was unrepairable. They also would not even accept my broken part as a core when they were researching their warehouse for a replacement. I ended up going a dealership, which could get me the part within two days.

Well, I thought the "third time would be the charm." I like the clear front and having lights that work in my panel, and the price is very good, but I'm tired of removing my dash cover and replacing the instrument panel under warranty. The first one sent was spot on as far as the speedometer goes, but it had a false warning on my brake booster due to a firmware issue. The second panel did not show the brake booster warning, but the speedometer was off by 4mph, and the fuel gage was off by 1/8 of tank when filled. So now to the third one... The speedometer is within 1/2 mph which is great. I don't know about the fuel gage yet as I haven't filed the tank, but the brake booster warning is back. It should be noted that my brake booster is new, having been replaced less than 15,000 miles ago. Tired of swapping panels...

All great, except I ordered white LEDs and they are blue. I was told that's how they look and it's my thought then why are they not called blue, blue looking or non white? I would have ordered regular bulbs in white....not blue bulbs...just saying I'm confused..

The instrument cluster I sent in was reworked and is functioning well. I’m not really sure why they charge the same as if I had just ordered a remanufactored one from them. That being said I did get mine back and it’s working well.

The dash I had sent was junk On the forth dash sent to me and still junk They finally sent me a refund Still have to get a new dash

I sent the dash of my 1997 Chevy K1500 in because the fuel gauge was not accurate. The fuel gauge works fine now. However, the volt meter is now off. I also ask the the temp gage be tested. It reads the same as before. That could be right but I doubt it. I have changed 2 thermostats and no change. So what I ask for to be fixed was. I just figured the rest of the cluster would be checked at the same time. I know I need to take the dash out again and send it back but I hate to go through the hassle. Sorry for the negative content but I must add that the turn around was incredible.

White LED requested are BLUE. Odometer and Gear indicator are Green and less bright than original. Fulfillment was quick. Communication was very adequate.

Product worked good. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get the new radio unit but took 9 weeks.

I was unable to get the top wire plug disconnected from the fuel petal. Not sure if I’ll be able to. I don’t want to break the plastic plug. I was hoping your throttle controller would fix my problem. I was unable to try it out. I boxed it up and will try to get a friend to put it in. He is a mechanic. When I get it in I’ll let you know how it works. Thomas Chapman

First unit shipped to me got damaged in shipment but it didn’t show up till after installed. Just happened to have the same problem as the one I had. Took some convincing to get a replacement unit but the replacement unit worked great. Just slowed up getting my car inspected about a week

Second cluster I bought from them first one was perfect and worked perfect the second one for my personal truck the odometer was all messed up and couldn’t even read the mileage as it looked like there was numbers over numbers.

ISS is a great option for automotive clusters and other instruments. My experience with ISS: I purchased a cluster for a 97 Chevy Astrovan. This is not a easy cluster to obtain. I sent in a cluster to ISS to try for the lifetime warranty. This was my original cluster that came with the truck which I bought brand new. I came to find out that my cluster probably did not have any problems because all the clusters I received from ISS had the same issue, the speedometer and odometer did not work. The first cluster that I received from ISS had a bad Oil Pressure Gage. It did not register the correct oil pressure. I reported this to ISS and ISS sent me a replacement cluster. The second cluster I received from ISS had a Fuel Gage in which the indicator needle was going backwards showing negative fuel, less then 0 gals and did not come up from less then 0 gals. I reported this to ISS and ISS sent me a replacement. The third cluster I received from ISS finally had all gages operating properly. Unfortunately the bulb lighting up the Temp Gage is out or so dim that it appears out but I have taken the truck apart and put it back together so many times that I am going to give up for now. I do not have the ability to check clusters for quality so I have to first install the cluster to see how it works. I decided not to go for the lifetime warranty. I wish I had my original cluster back but ISS sold it so fast that I did not have the opportunity to get it back. I am glad that ISS exist as a cluster provider since there are very few cluster providers.

Purchased a cluster for my 06 sierra, quality was great cluster still works perfectly, product was packaged nicely to ensure no damaged, only problem I had was it took almost 1 and half before it was shipped out, other than that was happy with new cluster.

Hi Gage, I reviewed your comment and the order. I think there is a misunderstanding on your part. Please review our FAQ and expected time https://issautomotive.com/pages/faqs Our shipping happens M-F only. We also have a 48-72 hrs engineering queue (M-F) to get the cluster built and programmed. I see you ordered on Sunday April 25th. This was mailed in under 72 hrs on Wednesday which falls in our service level. I also see you selected ground shipping for 2-7 days. This means the max target date would be May 7th. According to UPS tracking number 1Z8849764494873145 you got this on May 4th at 2pm. Total turn around and shipping took about 6.5 days. This is all well with in reasonable time to get you a fully rebuild older vehicle cluster by our manufacturing team. I am sorry that you disagree, but your expectations simply don't match our FAQ and what we have posted on our website. Please know we do try our best. I hope that you would kindly reconsider updating your rating since we 100% met our service level agreement.

The team at ISS was not able to fix the problem. The instrument cluster was returned to me as being repaired, but after re-installation, I noted that the problem was still not resolved. BUT...the customer service was great and they honored their warranty and gave a full refund.
