“They didn’t have my heater control in the inventory, my component is very common for conversion vans, the one that resembles mine was in a 2018 ,but it is possible that that one is digital verses mine that is analog. So I don’t know where to get a replacement that has working lights otherwise my component still works fine.”

“The order was easy and fast delivery. The instrument cluster was not set to the correct hours when I receive it. After calling to inform them they seemed not care or help solve the problem. They also don’t offer are refund on sending in your old instrument cluster.”

We are happy to reset your hours and was mentioned directly on a phone call with you. If you wish that we set the hours we can help. We do offer a free return shipping of your old core to activate your Lifetime warranty. It seems that you were not interested in activating your Lifetime warranty? We are offering our prices as good faith and not charging core fees. The price would be over $400 if we refunded core so the trade off is we keep our prices low to help people and offer a warranty. The core return is how we stay in business. If you want us to set you engine hours correctly we are happy to do that. Please contact us.

“The replacement unit doesn't illuminate all the icons in total. Truthfully, I'm disappointed!!”

Hi Steve, please email us and let us know. What we normally do is send out a replacement right away. The team reach out to you so we can make this right. Please make sure to clean the connection pins as well with a brush and make sure it's pushed in all the way.
