I ordered an instrument cluster for ‘03 Yukon XL because of dim display of PRNDL indicator and missing lights for engine gauges. Very pleasant lady took my order and explained the billing/ core/ warranty process. Received in 2 days. Took approximately 30 minutes and my panel now looks like new. Old panel fit perfectly in the provided styrofoam packing and all went back UPS free of charge. Got timely notification of return arrival and activation of my warranty. Whole process could not have been easier. Planning on same process for the hvac controller now.
